24″ Boom Arm with Integrated Dual Heavy-Duty Trigger Clamps

This 24-inch aluminum boom arm is engineered for the precision placement and offsetting of lighting fixtures, moving heads, and stage effects within a truss system. Featuring a high-capacity dual trigger clamp design, this boom arm provides a rigid, non-rotating mounting solution for demanding production environments.

Standardized Features

  • Dual-Clamp Connectivity: Features two 2″ Heavy-Duty Trigger Clamps that provide maximum stability and effortless “hook-and-tighten” mounting to prevent rotation when supporting high-torque moving heads.
  • Integrated Mounting Pipe: Featuring a 24″ long 2” Diameter Pipe, this boom arm is designed to accommodate standard lighting clamps and mounting hardware for horizontal or vertical offsets.
  • Industrial Build: Manufactured from high-tensile Aluminum, ensuring a lightweight yet robust solution with a maximum load capacity of up to 150 lbs.
  • Precision Placement: Provides a fixed 24″ Long boom extension, ideal for creating significant offsets from the truss or staggering equipment levels in large-scale rigs.
  • Professional Finish: Features a matte black powder-coated finish, ideal for stealth applications where hardware needs to remain inconspicuous or blend into black-out stage environments.

Description

When a fixture needs to sit away from the main truss line — clear of other gear, scenic elements, or a sightline — a boom arm is the standard answer. This 24-inch boom arm gives riggers a fixed offset for hanging moving heads, lighting fixtures, and stage effects at a distance from the truss itself.

  • Dual trigger clamps: two 2″ heavy-duty trigger clamps hook over the truss cord and then tighten down, a mounting style that helps prevent rotation when supporting high-torque moving heads.
  • Standard 2″ pipe: the 24″ long, 2″ (50mm) diameter pipe accommodates standard lighting clamps and mounting hardware for horizontal or vertical offsets.
  • Aluminum build: high-tensile aluminum keeps the arm light in the case, with a maximum load capacity of up to 150 lbs (68 kg).
  • Matte black powder coat: stays inconspicuous against dark truss and black-out stage environments.

Typical uses include staggering equipment levels on a large rig, pushing an effect out past the truss face, or creating a significant offset without adding another truss stick. Also offered in a silver finish for rigs built around bare aluminum hardware.
