Double Cheseborough Clamp – Silver
$55.00
TUV Certified 360-Degree Swivel or Rigid Coupler
This professional Cheseborough Clamp features two high strength couplers joined by a heavy duty pivot. It allows for 360 degree rotation between two pipes or converts into a fixed rigid coupler using the included locking pin.
Standardized Features
- Flexibility: 360 degree rotation connects truss or pipes at any angle.
- Convertible: Locking pin transforms the unit from a swivel to a fixed coupler.
- Universal Fit: Securely grips 2 inch (50mm) truss and equivalent pipe systems.
- High Capacity: TUV Certified for heavy overhead loads up to 500kg.
- Industrial Build: 50mm width provides a wide and secure contact surface.

Description
Some rigging days call for a swivel; others call for a fixed junction — this clamp does both. The Double Cheseborough joins two high-strength 2-inch (50mm) couplers with a heavy-duty pivot, letting you connect truss or pipe at any angle through a full 360 degrees of rotation. When the geometry needs to stay put, the included locking pin converts the unit into a rigid, fixed coupler.
- High capacity: TUV certified for heavy overhead loads up to 500 kg (1,102 lbs)
- Wide contact surface: 50mm profile width for a broad, secure grip on the tube
- Universal fit: accepts tube diameters from 48mm to 51mm — standard 2-inch truss and equivalent pipe systems
- Aluminum construction: bare aluminum finish that matches silver truss and pipe
Pipe-to-pipe and pipe-to-truss junctions come up everywhere in production work: cross-bracing a ground-supported structure, hanging a boom off a horizontal chord, or tying two runs together at an angle a fixed coupler cannot reach. Because one part covers both the swivel and rigid roles, carrying a handful of these simplifies what goes in the hardware case — one less item to spec, stock, and count at load-out.
